The Situation

Wells Fargo has some of the toughest compliance standards in Financial Services due to their organization’s low tolerance for risk. When I started this position, my organization had previously lost its relationship with Wells Fargo. It was our team’s strategic initiative to mend the relationship to restart a lucrative partnership for our organization.

The Plan:

Work with Wells Fargo and Rakuten to develop a slow, phased-in approach to turn on traffic and monitor for compliance after comprehensive training with my internal team.

This plan worked successfully

to relaunch this critical client,

resulting in over $1 million in additional revenue over the next 3 months.
